App Review Manager

Job Description

DINA is looking for a Application Review Manager who will lead a team of specialists focusing on ensuring quality AI/AR apps and content on the DINA platform. We are seeking a strong leader who knows what it takes to build a high-performing team and who shares our passion for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and manage a team of app review specialists
• Define and maintain a review process that ensures quality content and a responsive platform for developers
• Responsible for defining Key Performance Indicators and enabling the team to deliver on them
• Partner with stakeholders in Product, Developer Relations, Support, and Engineering to build a world-class developer platform
• Aid in the development of tools and analytics solutions that drive business decisions and workflow optimization
• Oversee rejection appeals process and represent Review Team in appeals evaluation
• Lead and mentor employees to help them achieve professional and personal development goals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing a software development or operations program
• 3+ years team leadership experience
• Technical proficiency in software development
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience developing or publishing mobile applications or console games a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
